Not to be rude but there no need to show off battle regimens is really easy done but it still not as great as SC i would better have SC then a black mage nude and do 2-4k dmg then battle regiments any day. Top of that I think he should be working then playing lol but that just me

Originally point of BR was similar to SC, to have teamwork to execute skills. They just go about it a different way. I did love FFXI SC, but that would not fit in this game I think, it would just feel to slow or out of place. If executed correctly BR take little to no time out of rest of battle and yield tons of effects on enemy mob. I do gotta agree with ya though, Yoshi P should be working more then playing, but I would have to think if hes playing the game with people hes also hearing what they got to say and maybe getting new ideas in the games direction. (which I hope is good)

In fact, a producer who plays the game is exactly what it needs. Only someone who has played the game a lot can look at ideas and immediately know what is good and what is wrong about them. A producer needs to be the big picture person. To know everything. The defining description of the old team was 'out of touch'. Tanaka Never did a battle regimen. He never walked to broken water for a local leve in light of 7 anima, desperate for crafting marks.

So many mistakes have been made that never would have even been proposed if the developers PLAYED and inherent KNEW.

So he needs to play. Not as much as us, but that's where we come in. He can play with us and we'll shorten his familiarity curve. Playing with a real shell will give him more experience on how to improve the game than 20 staff meetings and 50 private sever test sessions.
