Gilgamesh speaks! Why not primals?

The bosses have plenty of personality, it's just in ARR they have relatively short cutscenes so they aren't particularly expressed very well. :/ It's unfortunate, but I don't think having them talk during their trials would add this.

Gilgamesh is a notoriously chatty fellow during combat and out of combat, it just makes sense that he's that way in ARR as well.

Addition: I remember quite clearly the very first time the video trailer for ARR was launched that the primals (Ifrit and Garuda, at least) were voiced in particular cutscenes, but for whatever reason their voice track was cut from the game at launch.

If you'll recall they even had the JP voice actress of Garuda as a special guest during one of the older live letters. Garuda did/does have JP voice work other than her laughing and screeching and I am fairly sure there was also an English voice actress that did lines for her as well.

Whatever the reason (negative feedback from beta forums, most likely), they were scrapped. I remember being disappointed the first time I got to the Ifrit Story Mode and it wasn't voiced at all, like was shown in the trailer.
