Constant Crash-to-Desktop

Every time I play, after awhile the game will crash. This period of time is not static; it varies every game session. Sometimes it will wait for hours and hours before happening while other times it happens after less than an hour. The following info shows in the event viewer (multiple different exception codes):

The most typical causes for the ‘0xC0000005: Access Violation’ error are: corrupt registry, malware, faulty RAM or device driver, incorrectly written, installed or updated software or even Windows security features. I'd re-download and install ff14 to start without using steam. I've seen steam screw up too many games to trust it for something that gets regular updates.

I have a lot of crashes too, mostly when I try to teleport out of Mor Dhona.
