I'm not sure if there is a specific list for aetheryte locations online, but from what I'm aware, this is the 'conclusive' list:

As far as I know, those are the current aetherytes available in the game (if SE adds more zones, which is highly likely, if not guaranteed, then it's logical more aetherytes will also be added too).
