ive know plenty of people who join an fc their friends start and enjoy the community but are in statics with other fc or ls but dont want to leave their current fc and doing this forces the people who care about being listed in a forum post to have to make a decision of either leaving their fc which they have been a part of for a long time to join their static fc or get kicked from a static due to being listed in progression? Those same people make a commitment to their group as you said with crafting, being on time for raids coming up with strategies all the same things an fc static does so as far as recruitment it seems more like extortion of either join our fc or find another static
