Elusive Jump at the moment also needs to be reworked but all my suggestions would be unbalanced.

These are suggestions I would like to see to both Dragoon & Bard, I feel like these classes have no way to shred off enmity fast enough on targets when bursting down.

I feel Quelling strikes is on a too high cd for bards since they generate a lot of hate when maintaining good dps. And when we don't have it and pop cd's we generally will grab hate quickly.

Also dragoons have it even worse therefor I suggested the same to be added to jump.
Dragoons can also power surge jump to increase the damage (with bfb) it could crit high up to 1200 making it a ideal ability to do when shit hit the fence.

Elusive Jump is extremely effective for reducing enmity. And no it's not that inconvenient because you can Spineshatter/Dragonfire Dive right back into place
