No, it's not. There is no button for "Playing poorly" when kicking someone. There is "Offline" "AFK" and "Harassment". Being bad does not fit into any of those in DF.

If you were talking about a premade party where one person is making a run impossible, then it is acceptable to leave and remove them from the party but joining a DF to learn a role is not against any guidelines and is how many people learn their roles anyway. How do you expect people to learn different jobs? Leveling? That doesn't teach you much.

The jobs really aren't that complicated. 5 mins on google will teach you enough about your job to be able to hold your own in a dungeon. I'm not saying you have to pull 300 dps to not get kicked, but if you don't know how to keep people alive (heals), or stay alive long enough for the boss to die in that content you should not be queuing for it. There are different levels of difficulty of content for a reason. Either queue for the easy ones or learn your job. Wasting multiple other people's times is rude and selfish of the person queuing for content they're not ready for.

Well. I think if people are forced to atleast level a class/job from Lv. 30 to 50 would help then understand the roll more and will allow SE to add more jobs without everyone getting them for free.
