    Welcome back Millith Ironheart

As the arbiter of the exploration log, it appears that she and her brother Nedrick have swapped roles, compared to their 1.0 functions. Nedrick used to unlock the exploration achievement page and now unlocks a bunch of optional dungeons whereas Millith once unlocked dungeon challenge achievements and now unlocks the exploration log.

Speaking of which (not lore related), some of those dungeon optional challenge achievements were pretty cool and I hope we see them return eventually.

I haven't actually managed to get in game since the patch went live, but is she related to the sightseeing log?

A Sightseeing Log. Lore bits about areas in game. In game codex entries. This is awesome!

This is a great start and I really hope they add more things like it. So far I've only done The Astalicia and that lore tid-bit has been unseen in FFXIV (aside from my wiki notes) since the promotional materials for the game. That the ship is officially registered as a foreign trading vessel but is actually a pirate den is Lominsa's worst-kept secret, and the fact that the Knights of the Barracuda allow this masquerade to continue (it affords the pirates a recruiting station and foothold in the city, but the 'Cudas know where they operate and have the ability to keep somewhat of an eye on them) shows a complex political balance that really gives the city some identity. Such smalls things have such a big impacts, lore-wise.
