When it's the third Duty Roulette you get. Third time in a row you get Lost City which you like because it's an amazing dungeon then everybody leaves and you have 20 mins queues because you are a DPS.

I don't think the queue penalty is strong enough.

That's strange. In Tonberry server I've never had that issue. All the JPs stay, and i only had 1 EN tank that left halfway because Odin popped.

Yeah, we're lucky on the Tonberry server/datacentre. Try giving the English only queue a go and you'll come across way more problems. Although I avoid Expert roulette for the most part (i'm working on Books and my Soldiery cap by themselves) it's generally pretty good, the worst you come across is people not really knowing how to deal with doors in Ampador, or very fresh players who are barely over the iLvl requirement. Generally problems can be ironed out with no fuss though.

Masamune's data center also never have any problems from people leaving the roulette. Most will try to at least complete it as much as we can multiple times or until vote abandon is available lol. I only ever have 1 person leaving the expert roulette after the 2nd boss in brayflox HM and I've ran that at least 300 times by now through roulette, solo queue and speed runs.
