This is quite possibly that dumbest thing I have heard today, this in no way in game breaking. It would be dumb to make you wait a prolonged period to enter dungeons. If you want wait times for everything you do go back and play FFXI me on the other hand I like to be able to enjoy the content when I want to enjoy it not when some dumb time limit says I can.
