Casual would be a weekly lock-out timer with excellent drop rates and forgiving difficulty.

Similar to how abolishing fatigue and introducing exp bonus for not playing helps hardcore and punishes casuals. Yet people don't get it. Brilliant.
Or provide a way to schedule to put yourself in queue in advance. That would be casual. and if I was having great difficulty getting into a dungeon because I have to wait longer than the time I have available to play. Well forget that. I would rather schedule a time when I have time available and then get in that way.
