Time limit to re-enter dungeons

I think they have already stated that the ONLY prerequisite to enter is a Grand Company quest.

Meh, i see.
I think those dungeons are really just a test, hence the low re-entry time.
We'll definetely have something more difficult in the near future (past 1.19)
