    Questions on pre-ordering from other sites.

    I'm only planning on pre-ordering the digital download copy of Heavensward but so far I don't see it on GreenManGaming or HumbleBundle, I'm not so sure if the digital copies are out yet or it's already over but I would like a confirmation on that. There is Amazon but I have bad experience and the last time I tried to buy a digital copy of it, it was only restricted to USA/EU. (Edit: They are still restricted so Amazon is still a lost cost for me.) Are there any other sites available for me to buy it from? E-shop on SE are also restricted, the game shops around my country say, "They have little/no knowledge of Heavensward..." So...I'm at a lost right now...
