    CE Purchase Disappeared From Purchaase History PLEASE HELP

    Earlier I bought the Collector's Edition for Heavensward for PC... TWICE! The first time I didn't get an e-mail, the second time I got an e-mail and I used the code, but it disappeared from my purchase history. WHERE THE F*** DID IT GO!?

    PLEASE tell me that I don't need to try a third time! I can't contact support at this hour and it INFURIATES ME!

    Ok, it reappeared. SE, your site designs are very confusing ; ;. It was like I was half logged in, so I could see my address and other information, but I couldn't change any of it and I couldn't see my order history. It seemed to work after I logged in fresh.

    Yeah, this happened to me as well. At first I couldnt see any order history. After signing out and logging back in there it was. But then when I next accessed the store it was missing again. So I signed out/in again and there it was again...
    weird...
