More important?

I play a summoner class and i'm not to sure which one of these stats are more important besides the obvious INT.
Determination or Accuracy?

I read different debates about this. So what do you all think?

hitting the accuracy cap for the content you are playing is most important, but going far beyond it is a waste, pour the leftovers into det/crit

Go with Determination.

As long as you keep well geared you won't have to worry about Accuracy.
