    Please help: Stutter Issue Final Fantasy XIV a realm reborn @ 4k UHD 3840 x 2160

    I have a stutter issue that is happening when I zone in and out Duties in FFXIV RR (changing servers). The issue only happens when I play in 4K UHD (3840x2160) on this game. all other games (BF4, GW2, TERA, GRID2, everything) work fine. The issue is resolved when I restart or even just change any of my display settings. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    My build is:
    i7 4770k Haswell
    16Gigs Ram 2133hz
    MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Mobo
    2 HIS 290x in crossfire (NOTE: I dont think crossfire is working on this game, even in full screen. MSI afterburner shows 2nd card not running. When I disable crossfire I still have the same issue.)
    Western Digital Black 1TB x3
    No over clocking.

    Monitor: Samsung U28D590D Running at 3840 x 2160 60hz

    Mobo drivers are up to date, as is the GPU driver: currently: CCC 14.4.

    Changed Frame Rate limit to 60fps issue seems to go away after about 10 seconds or so.
