Taking the black

Okay so my thurmatauge is level 30 and level 15 archer. I'm trying to do the taking the black quest but tbh I'm really struggling with the third target. I sleep one of the first two attack the other and then the other, but by the time I get to the third my ho is low and I die. I'm starting to feel really dumb as so many YouTube videos make it look easy. I was hoping for some advice as I know there are a lot of helpful people on here. Any advice welcome always wanting to learn!

Do you have physick or cure? At that lvl blm should be able to heal themselves quite a bit. I reccomend getting physick as you can not use cure on blm. Its unlocked from arcanist in the very early lvls (before lvl 5 I believe).

If all else fails, you get a stacking buff every time you re try a class quest fight. If you have problems, go at it a few times and eventually you will be so overpowered nothing will matter.

I haven't levelled as an arc yet but read its good to do for a blm. I didn't realise that about the stacking lol I'll keep trying .thankyou

It's called 'Echo'. Idk how fast it stacks for class quests. But in later trials, its goes up as fast as a 5 percent increase in hp/dmg/healing per wipe.

Also make sure your gear is up to date. I had trouble with the Summoner quest until I realized it was because my Grimoire was from several levels earlier. It's the sort of thing that I already knew was important, but I'd kind of lost track of it. (It's one trouble with leveling quickly. I was still thinking of my gear as new because I'd bought it fairly recently. But then I'd gained a few levels in the meantime, and should have already been on the next set of gear.)

Thanks for the advice I managed to do it just needed to sort my hot bar out lol was hitting the completely wrong actions
