I'd say quit buying gear and farm dungeons. If they get easy do quests and open harder dungeons. That's the cheapest way to get gear. Sorry dint read your last post. Pali if you plan on getting in coil get you acc up, however is easiest. That way you keep aggro up and since heals should be strong they can help you farm coil for gear
