Hi! Congrats on your upgrades. It depends on your speed getting atmas, and later books and completing them. While you do the books, the soldiery tomes will keep coming if you cap your 450 soldiery tomes each week (good idea, I think.) In my case I will have all the soldiery gear for the PLD and won't have finished the animus upgrade yet.

You might share the pattern you think the atmas follow :-)

Weathered noct are higher ilvl than Allagan, so I would prefer them. What stats the left side gear may lack you can find in some of the accesories probably.

When you get the Second Coil drop to upgrade a weathered noct would be the moment to decide what gear item is the one you need to upgrade, since it will depend on what gear you have at that moment and what stat is the most needed for you. High Allagan will depend on your luck with drops, and with the weekly cap it will be difficult to get drops. Unlike Allagan that you can farm now without the weekly limit.

The Novus upgrade will probably mean you'll do the expert roulette for the Alexandrite daily, so more soldiery tomes will be there for you to spend.

About High Allagan and Noct, I think both secondary stats may change, I have looked just at one. By the Novus upgrade system, it seems official that all gear of the same ilvl has the main stats the same, while the secondary stats may change.

Yeah so I'm close to having W Noct Lorica now, still doing dailies and prioritizing Soldiery tomes - I'm get back on smashing through myth tomes when I finish atma but I don't have much time this week (damn RL...).

I've still not been in coil - I really need to make a conscious effort to that sorted but again, I just want to have Atma finished first.
