    All my quest rewards must be repaired before I can equip them.

    Is this normal? So far, all my gear rewards from quests are broken, and I can't use them until I go talk to a leatherworker. I'm new to this game. Is this normal?

    So, I guess I need to go find a populated region and ask for help with gear repairs from other players?

    No that's not normal. Quest rewards should always be at 100% condition.

    I just looked at the items, and I see they are both at 100% Condition. I also see I need 1 more level before I can equip them. Thanks for helping me. I'm still learning.
