I skipped my cutscenes fresh as a 50. And yes it is but at the same time it is a daily roulette..and many times I am not ready to sit and take forever on a dungeon I have ran way to many times. So, you recognize that it's a "dick" thing to do, but you do it anyways? I understand Square Enix has said you are allowed to kick players who aren't moving at the party's pace, but this is only to prevent from being held back. A fresh level 50 character enjoying his game isn't going to hold back a bunch of i90+ "speed runners" for their precious 80 myth tomes.
Well, some of us try to enjoy the games we pay for. And you are either lying, or a fool, because a "fresh 50" doesn't have Roulette: Main Scenario unlocked their first run through, its only unlocked after clearing it the first time.
I run my daily roulette everyday as a paladin, not every good gear (just blue artifact and i55 sword and some random shield) but I do hold aggro, and I let new players, or rather any players, enjoy their cutscenes. If enough people skip it, I continue on, if not, I wait. Those instances are very easy, and missing 2-3 people during a boss fight doesn't make a big difference. I just tell them that we are here to help THEM, they aren't here to help US. It isn't a difficult concept, you just don't have to be a myth obsessed sociopath.

Youre right I didnt run it on daily the first time, my bad I forgot to say that. And to me it is no a dick move when majority wants to run through it, I watched the cutscenes later at the inn without any interruptions and it was perfect.

Then why do it? Why waste your time? The reward isn't even worth it. 100 myth 1 run 30mins plus. Hell I can get that in 20mins in brayflox not even speedrunning. When I do DR as healer I understand there will be new people, hell that's why I do it because the rewards isnt worth it. So if I see someone watching a CS I just stand there and wait.
