I tend to refuse to complete to the dungeon when people become too unbearably rude. I will typically warn them and ask them to be more polite however, if they get too bad I vote kick on the basis of harassment. I once had one guy join in progress 4 times to get back the rest of the party and i just waited 40 minutes along with the healer and dps until he gave up. Following that a new dps joined and we beat it quickly which was his main complaint. Now to the arguement of this is a MMO? or is this your first time playing an MMO. I don't think the word MMO gives people the right to be a jerk. The internet is typically a very hateful place because the behavior is allowed as not many people can do anything about it. I for one as a main tank PLD and WAR refuse to let anyone treat people like crap just because they do not like how a dungeon is going. If it is so unbearable they can always leave the duty. Anyhow just my two cents or rant on the topic.
