we’ll be changing the way guildleves work in 1.19 to do away with the feeling that you’re somehow being penalized for not filling the daily quota of levequests.

Am i misunderstand this or is he implying that Guildleve changes are pushed back to 1.19?

Other then that very interesting letter, can't wait for the next one to learn about future content and changes. I do hope Anima is nerfed in some way when mounts/airships get added though. i know a lot of ppl who current use port mules to teleport around without wasting their own Anima. Unless teleporting is limited somehow, i don't see ppl choosing mounts/ships over teleport since porting is still the fastest way to travel.

He's likely referring to that "ticket system" they mentioned not too long ago. Who knows.

I hope so, i was counting on this guildleve change so i can buy some class abilities, there are still certain classes i can never seen to get good Guild Mark rewards for.

I think he was referring to the concept of changing it from 8 a day to a more open ended the number of leves you can get will build over time system.
