Static LFM! (need 3-4 players) On t6

Our static is on phase 3 of t6 and we are looking to fill our spots so we can stop spending our entire progression nights teaching people the first 2 phases of t6 and kill this lettuce bouquet already!!

The 4 of us within our static know p1-3 inside and out and are looking for members to join us on a regular basis so we can progress through Coil much quicker. We are eager to finish coil in it's entirety and have fights on farm mode, but we are being held back by pugging half our group every week. We are also really fair about loot distribution. Pretty much our loot rules are Need>Greed. After main jobs however, if you have a 2nd job you play often we are willing to pass on greed lots so people can gear their other favorite jobs more quickly. We just expect the same treatment in return. Also please be sure to let us know ahead of time so that we can fairly help each other out!

If you learn quickly, are proficient at the class(es) that you play, can accept constructive criticism, laugh at our deaths, and are willing to try different methods to kill new & challenging bosses than this is the group for you.

We use mumble for our progression nights, or during the week when we are having a good ole' time doing old content/farming together.

Our raid days are
Sundays: Starting as early as 6pm PST, as late as 8pm >> You will know ahead of time which one it is.
Mondays: 9pm PST start time, but as early as 6pm PST once a month. Again, you'll know ahead of time if we can start early!


We are looking for:
1 tank (paladin preferred, this spot is possibly filled)
1 Bard

We will also accept a monk in place of one of the casters, or 2 casters of the same job/class!
