The issue with needing the list refreshed exists anyway. Normally, someone will bring the list up, look at it for a moment, decide if it's worth buying something there, and then select an item and buy it. That's already enough time for someone else to have bought some of those items, or for something to have been un-listed. If you try to buy something, but it's no longer there, an error box pops up saying it's unavailable. It's relatively rare, but I've seen it happen before.

Since that issue both already exists and already has measures in place for handling when it happens, I don't see how this request would make it any worse.

Cuz if you were taking ur time checking off the boxes, comparing prices, deciding whether to buy nq or hq. Someone else could have bought some of the items u were going to buy.
Since the list updates everytime u exit it and re click it .
