    World: Karnak
    Class/Skill Rank: Botanist R21
    Physical Level: 50
Area and Coordinates: Quarry Mill (45,47)
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: N/A
    Monster Name: N/A
    In-Game Time: 0100
    Steps:
1:Received R20 Botany quest "Gridanian Roots" and talked to required NPC's
2:Arrived at designated area at Quarry Mill and entered an instance.
3:Started harvesting sparkly points with my scythe
4:Started wondering what was going on, because no item acquisition messages were appearing for the item i was supposedly required to find. Basicly, when 'cutting weeds', the quest item 'Spiny Turnip Leaves' is randomly obtained. however this is no message saying you obtained one, merely a message saying you gain 8 Botany SP. Only messages for random items like Garlean Garlic appeared. Also during the harvesting of them, the sparkly harvest points kept moving on their own, making me have to chase them.
5:When 4 'Spiny Turnip Leaves' were randomly and unknowingly collected, the quest continued. Also like to note that the quest info prior to arriving at the area does not mention having to acquire any amount of this item
