Am I missing something?

So both my wife and I play. She plays on the ps3 and I play on the computer. We tried to swap that the other day and noticed that it doesn't work. Am I missing something or is your log in platform specific to the type of platform you registered your account on? Not a huge deal if it is platform specific but it would have been nice to be able to swap sometimes.

It's specific to the type you purchased. So, if you bought PC, you can play on PC, but you'll need to purchase the PS3 version as well if you wish to be able to play on BOTH.

Also, note that each Square Enix account can only be linked with ONE PlayStation Network account. Therefore, you'll need to make a different account on the PS3 if you wish to also register your game/account.
