I am currently trying to get on Gilgamesh to be with some friends, but I cannot do a transfer.

If I try to create a character on Gilgamesh it lets me, but if I try to do a transfer, Gilgamesh does not come up in the possible servers I can transfer to. I am transferring from Diabolos.

I would assume that when the server is available for new characters it will also be available for transfers, but perhaps that is not the case?
