Registration codes not being accepted on new computer

Hey guys,

I have bought a new computer to play ffxiv. I'm pumped but I cannot get past the registration screen. It says my code is already used. Do I have to buy another copy of the game, even though my first copy is on PC. I didnt see anything on mogstation in reference to this.

I ordered mine from amazon. I know the code is correct. not sure what the deal is tho...

The code is only for first-time registration, which it sounds like you did on a previous computer. There should be an option like "I already have an account" or something, and just log in normally.

That's what I'm thinking too. Why would you need to register it all over again? Look and make sure if it's not giving you an option to log into your existing account.
