    Old Maid Achievment

    Hello, I've been in upper la noscea for about an hour now and the fate Poor Maid's Misfortune will not spawn, is it one of the fates that will only appear if a previous fate is failed? I can't seem to find any confirmation online. if so this area is full of atma farmers and they just kill fates instantly, any advice
