[Suggestion] Free Company alliances

Hello!

I'd like to submit the following suggestion: enabling a form of Free Company alliances or partnership.

Why?
Have you ever met a player that wanted to join your Free Company but couldn't because they didn't want to leave friends behind in another Free Company?

Have you ever seen players leave a Free Company because its leaders were inactive only to come back later?

And more.

Basically, many players are torn between multiple Free Companies and friends are part of different groups. Of course there are linkshells for social, but I'm talking here about more than social. The very reason Free Companies exist in this game.

Suggestion
Simply allow each Free Companies to form partnership with other Free Companies (maximum of 3~5?)

By having a partnership, the Free Companies would be able to set [limited] permissions with each other for their housing, company chest, etc.

I think all we need is an alliance_FC_Chat.
TBH, I don't think SE will implement other functions such as sharing FC chest and housing permission as they involve some other issues ^^;

I think if we had something like a bulletin board or message board available for each company, free companies could develop alliances easier and still preserve membership. Allianced companies could post messages for each other if they need help with a dungeon or help crafting stuff for their house. As it is now, creating an alliance is easy as having someone from another company on your friends list. But the message board would help develop those friendships though as a way to introduce players from different companies to each other. I see this as being as simple as a tabbed window accessed from the house (like the market board) where one tab is messages from players within your own company and each tab after that is another allianced company's messages. An FC chat is really no different then creating a linkshell, which we have now. I don't want to jump into chat every time I sit down to play, but I could still easily help others by going to the company message board and answering a message or ad asking for help which would be on my own time.
