Myth Farmers & Duty Finder/Roulette Go AWAY!!!

Seriously.... If you want to farm myths I have no problem with you doing so and I do it myself but I do it in a pre-made party. Don't use Duty Finder/Roulette to do it and inconvenience the rest of the people in the group by leaving and then they have to wait for someone to fill in to finish their duty... I'm thinking maybe SE might need to make all tome rewards be given at the last boss to fix this.

I can agree, but to be honest the ones in roulette doing it aren't there for the speed runs specifically. They are there because on top of the usual rewards your roulette gives you more tomes, I can't blame people for wanting to get in a quick run of whatever dungeon it may be. Remove the dungeon timer and maybe people would instinctively worry less about time they've spent in the dungeon.

I personally haven't touched roulette in ages, I don't see the point other than the Gil rewards. PF works just fine for speed runs and I believe more people need to realize this.

Also, I don't understand the complaint, it may suck, but if the Tank wants to speed run and the healer doesn't...guess who leaves first when they don't get their way, 99% betting the Tank. And vice versa, if the healer wants a run, the tank doesn't, c'est la vie.

The only ones who suffer are the DPS, and well to be honest, nobody cares about you anyway. <sarcasm>

The timer is so high that if you have worries there, it means your group is already dealing with other problems.

It's a great way for tanks to farm Gil! As soon as more catch on, I'm sure finding a replacement will speed up as well.

Lol. I've been getting in a lot of in-progress Brayflox's lately(as heals). I like it. It means I can be lazy and cap at the end of the week now since I already have all the BiS tome gear for my main class.

I've seen groups that do a vote for quitting the instance. There are only 3 votes needed, they get no penalty and I do not get my roulette bonus.

Because of this, I'm not doing roulette anymore and register at least with a 2/4 group to permit that kind of vote.
