How is the RMT Tell Spam on your Server?

On behemoth I get one tell a day, maybe

On Shiva, the situation is bareable. Interesting thing is that RMT yellers seem to start moving from the cities to the open areas (e.g. Central Thanalan). No idea why they do this (maybe they suspect they do not get banned this fast).

As a side note, I think SE could be quicker in banning them. The whole process of reporting, checking for veracity and banning can be semi-automated, even with just one or two GM monitoring the inbox for RMT spam on all servers, it should be possible to ban them almost in real-time. Also, why is SE not suing the web sites that were spamvertised? If it is like e-mail spam, there will be hardly more than 10 individuals or so around the globe who are behind this crap.
