Prime conditioning is best choice still

Pummel now cost 20 mp and has 30sec recast
Flurry now has 60 sec recast

But they will both be helpful when you need some tp or to finish off a mob.
so just pick them up when you can after prime conditioning

Indeed. Pummel and Flurry now are very situational, while prime conditioning if godsend after MP nerf.
