This is a formal request to anyone reading this post.

Please follow the rules SE put in place and take your fansite forum attitudes off the official ffxiv site. I am dissapointed with the attitudes on this forum. So far everyone is just trolling or flsming each other. We are not acting like a close nit community. This is should be our place to form a close nit community. I don't want these forms to be like Aions Or WoWs.

If people post a topic about ideas instead of agreeing or disagreeing on it being a good idea. Try something new and help brain storm the idea to make it good enough to read by SE.

SE don't want us to do what is going on. They wanted us to have a place to give them Ideas and talk about the game. needless debates are lame.

SE wants us to brain storm ideas, talk about not only our dislikes. But our likes. Start sharing what you DO like about the game and stuff that can be added. JUST saying all the stuff you hate don't give anyone ideas on how to improve the game.

What did you expect with so much wrong with this game? SE opened these to get direct communication from us to them. You knew this would happen. No sense coming here especially now since you know what is going on and telling people to stop.

SE has done a good job of removing the trolls so far. I thought they'd get steamrolled by them. The remaining trolls will get desperate that they are losing the campaign and eventually resort to insulting the fans, at which point they will get bounced.

Heavy critique is the goal. Lolz and trolls get bounced.

I was hoping people actuslly grew up. I know the game wasn't like how ppl thought. But instead of going on hate marching and saying how bad this game is. Post ideas to improve it. Nice detailed topics. Stop derailing topics if you want to vocally disagree with an idea.

It seems everyone just wants to vent their anger instead of being constructive. Like I posts a suggestion to make the market wards less of an eye sore, and all ppl did was just disagree with my idea. And thats it. Just repeatedly tell my how bad my idea was with no adjustments or changes. Or sharing their ideas.

All they said was Auction house or It is in game alread. Its like they never read my idea.

They ARE legitimate problems presented in an illegitimate fashion. They they, "I don't like this, fix it." They must explain why and possibly what they would like. They hear that, and they say I shouldn't have too, SE is developing it.../sigh. So foolish.

Disagreeing can be trolling if done a certain way.

Like you see a suggestion for the game, you dislike this idea. What. how is it constructive is just say, I don't like this.

That is trolling as you have really added nothing to the topic at hand. Which is so far my experience.

Look at all the threads. Like Aggro icon. Just saying "i hate it, remove it" is in my eyes trolling. Instead of saying that, why not say WHY you hate it. Abd in a realistice sense as in not saying "because its easy mode" "it breaks immersion" as these again are not good details.

Also make suggestion how how to impove it, to some you do like.
Give Se ideas on what you do like. So they can add more stuff you do like instead of guessing and coming up with something you still hate.

Undoubtedly, there are some people doing this. I can't recall any instances of it, but I don't read threads with titles that don't interest me, and I tend to avoid the second and third duplicate topics, so it's certainly possible that I'm just missing it when it happens.

However, there is also a tendency for people to say "You're not giving any suggestions", when what they actually seem to mean is "You're not giving any suggestions I agree with"--see the original Auction House thread.

My only point being that there are also legitimate problems being presented in a legitimate fashion.

Alot of people are actualy being very civil here with their complaints

remember, just because they complain, doesnt make them a troll, or a hater, or whatever

the ones who are the main problems are gone for the most part, only a few who are actively trying to be a problem here now (belgium for instance)
