They ARE legitimate problems presented in an illegitimate fashion. They they, "I don't like this, fix it." They must explain why and possibly what they would like. They hear that, and they say I shouldn't have too, SE is developing it.../sigh. So foolish.
Undoubtedly, there are some people doing this. I can't recall any instances of it, but I don't read threads with titles that don't interest me, and I tend to avoid the second and third duplicate topics, so it's certainly possible that I'm just missing it when it happens.
However, there is also a tendency for people to say "You're not giving any suggestions", when what they actually seem to mean is "You're not giving any suggestions I agree with"--see the original Auction House thread.
My only point being that there are also legitimate problems being presented in a legitimate fashion.
