Things I think need fixing up or changed.

1- Gear: Yes it is ugly, not much to do that and I bloody hate cowls. Thankfully vanity exists now so you have other options.

2. Casting issues: I can't say much since I play WHM and not BLM. I just agree with you on casts falling on dead mobs or in my case dead people and therefore wasting abilities. The interruptions you just have to be very careful about, I get interruptions when I move my controller a bit and frankly its our fault. At times interruptions happen for no real reason or casts simply don't go off. Not sure if its a lag or latency issue or what.

3. PvP just sucks: yes.

5. Raiding completely sucks: No. Raids are supposed to be more complex than normal content and require everyone to fully understand their role. This is how raids happen.

7. Allow us to talk while on a mount: I'm guessing you mean to NPCs? Yes please. I don't see auto-swap happening any time soon though.

8. Increase content other than hard boss fights: how is trading dungeon loot going to fix this? Anyway as others mentioned you have tribe dailies, crafting and treasure hunting too

9. Fix enemy aggro on maps: Its annoying as hell -.- For a very long time I refused to do dailies because they heavy debuff drove me mad

I read somewhere that cures not sticking (guessing this applies to blm spells too) can be due to internet issues, since pretty much everything in the game is done server-side. So if you heal someone and the packet saying "cure x person" gets dropped en route to the server, no cure for you.
The random not-moving, not touching any buttons interruptions are maddening though, I will give the OP that even if the rest of his points are pretty much just rambling nonsense.

Mounts we have are way too large to allow that. imagine 20 people crowded around a quest NPC on the behemoth mount? You already get too many who feel they need to stand on top of the NPC, bell as it is.
