I also work and have limited time to play. Unfortunately, network problems are not easy to debug. Until then, there's not much we can do besides hope SE figures it out.

Players have a right to be angry. But network problems are never easy to solve. x_x

I don't have time for all this red tape either, so it is easier to unsubscribe than trying to fix a situation without any help or customer service from Square Enix.

The strange thing is, that is seems to be entirely fine during Eastern Prime Time but not Western. I doubt more players log in from the West.

No kidding, Most MMO servers are in Texas where it has all 4 seasons, but doesn't get to extremes unlike the NE at the moment.

yeah its been happening to me since last weekend I get booted off then I get 5006 and have to keep retrying to log for 5-10 mins before I can get on I was hoping the patch would address this seems to have done nothing are they working on this?
