    been just over a week now on chaos - moogle n im still getting ability lag in combat i sqeenix looking into this cuz i seriously cant do content in the game like this?

    Got the same problem. Tried disabling firewall, port forwarding, resetting router, nothing works. I'm not using wireless and I've never had problems like this in other games.

    From a business stand point I can kind of understand why Square Enix wont admit that they messed up a lot of peoples connection but what I dont understand is why there are threads like this that show a clear pattern and they wont even respond saying theyre at least looking into the matter. Or at the least throw in an emergency maintenance and strengthen the signal or do what ever it is they need to do to fix what they broke. You cannot have this many people with the same problem in the same areas with different setups/isps and honestly try to say its on our end. Im a heavy crafter and I get kicked off in the middle of a synth and lose most if not all mats every instance. I go into duties as tank/healer and get booted in the middle of a pull and/or fight. And I am not the only one. What the hell is wrong with customer service? Cause I know they sure as hell had no problem takin everyones money for Stormblood pre-orders.. How are we expected to play with persistent problems like this? GG Square Enix.

    Grrrr ever since the server move, I been getting a lot of lag. I went from having an excellent connection to only a good connection in the character select. I know it isn't me as my ISP recently fixed the internet in our area from some damages and everything else i do is smooth as butter. Nobody likes a laggy healer :/

    Same issue. Main only. Can't enter world at all. Calling it a loss, canceling subscription, playing a better run game.

    Thought they said they fixed the connection problem. It's worse than ever only can play five minutes before it disconnects you. I have my latency up all the time highest it goes up to is 40 and when do speed check says ping is below 40.

    I've been getting constant 90002 errors that started about five days ago. The game was running perfectly fine prior to this. Now I skill delays and disconnects from the server sometime as often as every 3 minutes. I've tried just about everything: resetting router, resetting modem, port forwarding, fushdns, ip release and renew, and hard resetting the router, and completely removing the router, and nothing seems to work. I hope this problem gets addressed as soon as possible.

    Getting a lot of 90002 disconnects. It's only in this game that I have the issue and it seems to be a problem with the server host. I lose connection ONLY to the game server. I only have to relog into the world (technically twice because the first time it says I'm still connected). Sample tracert -

    SE still doesn't want to take responsibility for it saying its not there servers doing it. Kind of very fishy when I have no problems ever playing other online games or streaming movies. When have it checked says it starts at there servers where disconnect is started. I have had my path route changed 5 times and still disconnects every few minutes. Seems to always happen when I'm in middle of crafting or leve then loose all your crafting mats or leve your in and they never replace mats or leve when send in a ticket. Think they better get problem fixed asap or there going to loose huge part of there player base from it.
