HUGE CONNECTION PROBLEM

The 90001 /90002 errors followed by the 2002 error is to the point that I'm debating of uninstalling FFXIV.
My internet works fine for everything else -- YouTube, T/S, Skype, except the game randomly kicks me (randomly meaning every 5 -10 min) I haven't been able to run any expert roulette / dungeon for about a week now.
I hate to waste money, as my subs. is paid up till end of may but I just can't deal with the constant errors.

If you haven't done so yet, give your route a good look. Chances are, there are problems in route from your localized network to SE's ISP--we see a lot of peering issues these days. Your ISP determines who that third party peer is, so they would be the better choice for investigating and addressing such issues if found.

If running a trace route to your lobby server (tracert neolobby002.ffxiv.com) shows big spikes along the way, that is indicating there may be elevated congestion on/around that segment of your route. Providing that tracert report to your ISP's Tier3 Support team can go a long way to addressing the problem. If you can also improve things by using a VPN (can use the free trial periods for testing), you can further demonstrate to them that it is a routing issue for them to investigate (basically that is what the VPN's do--alter how you are routed).

More often than not, this is an issue that your ISP can and should be addressing for you.

I am in the same situation. Yesterday and every day prior I have never had disconnect issues now suddenly this morning I was being disconnected every 15 to 30 minutes. I have a difficult time seeing how this is an isp issue as if it was routed incorrectly I wouldnt be abke to log on at all. Really frustrating if it continues for several days I will be cancelling sub.

Not about them routing you "incorrectly", but about routing through congested corridors. A major traffic jam doesn't prevent you from getting to work... but it may cause you to get there late and miss part or even all of an important meeting.

I ran a tracert to Balmung with no issues identified... I have no issues with any other games... this is truly frustrating

NY/NJ were consistently getting reports of lag/outages last night across multiple services. Even my normally solid pathing via TATA would consistently show at least one crazy spike or timeout every other trace. Sometimes you may need to take a longer look when things go south.

Well, there's a huge DC on the Diabolos right now.

Most of the people is getting DC on Diabolos like everytime, when you're out of the queue there's loading screen and connection error like 10105 and 90k.

Im on Hyperion and I left town, I was in Lower La Noscea, and then nothng now just keep large queues and disconnects then back into queue again...

All I know they better start reimbursing players for lost game play time. They had very long time to of fixed these problems game isn't new.

This isn't SE's issue to fix though, this is an ISP issue.
