    If they get enough similar complaints from their customers they usually will though. It often isn't JUST the sessions to Ormuco in Montreal having issues. We often see it narrowed down to routing through specific regions like Atlanta, Austin, Cleveland, Ashburn/DC, NY/NJ, etc. If you go to your ISP's forums you may see a lot of complaints for various services. Go through them you may see certain elements mentioned over and over again---like the name of a peering partner (ie: Level3, alter.net (part of Verizon), Cogentco), specific towns/regions having issues, specific time frames, etc.

    Customers need to be making a lot of noise about the problem to their ISP. The more people back out of voicing their concerns, the longer the problem is likely to persist.

    Same here !! since the maint i have huge lags spikes !! its the first time i have lags problem on ff14 !! At first i tho it was my PC , a virus or my ISP network but i checked and everything was fine , even when i log into a VPN i still have the lags spikes !!! Wich make think that the problem might come from SE Servers since i never had any problems running the games before the last maint.

    Well I just 90002'd while crafting Thav tights. My internet was 100% and was able to reconnect instantly. Its not my internet its most certainly their server/client connection. I'm so sick of this crap.

    I just started getting 90002 error randomly. Earlier today was fine. NO CHANGES were made to my router or system, nadda. I can't believe the problem is on my end when other games work. Help??

    Problems here as well, on PS3. Started 3 days ago on peaktimes (evening). All the day, FF runs smoothly and on peaktiems im getting constantly dc-sign and horrigic lags. we had to stop raid today, cause I got hit by every aoe and my spells were interupting all the time. its frustrating. happens everywhere, in dungeons, openworld while fishing, heck even marketboard is loading forever. Other games or PC isnt affected. its only FF14 during evening/night time.

    same issue, got those errors cant stay in game more then 1 minute
    started from yesterday and still same for today too
    anyone fix it or know what going on ?

    solved, and back to play normally, did not see those errors (the less then min DC) so far ,
    what i do is reset some firewalls options and restart router and PC, as i updated to Win10,
    not sure if that the reason that solved it for me or was game issue and solved by itself,

    Insane disconnection

    I can't login for more than 3 minutes on Faerie before it disconnects (900001), at one point, I couldn't even login since it keep telling me there's error connecting to the lounge or whatever it was during character selection.

    I triple checked my connections, routers and everything and even ran a few traces to other sites and domain. Everything runs fine, I can play other online game with no issue, it's ONLY for ffxiv that I'm having this problem.

    Anyone else with similar experience?
