A suggestion to everyone with problems run a pathping in a cmd window and give that to tech support to prove it's not your end. You do this with the command pathping ipaddress. The ip address are:
North America Datacentre | square-enix.montreal.com | IP address: 184.107.107.176
Europe Datacentre | eu.square-enix.com | IP address: 209.130.141.243
Japan Datacentre | jp.square-enix.com | IP address : 202.67.53.202
You'll get a list of the latency on each leg of the trip and if there is any packet loss. This will prove to customer support where the problem is and hopefully let them be able to work on fixing it.
