I jyst did the dungeonwith the squidman in a cape at the end (awful, btw), and at the end, the other party members vanished and I was left inside. I had to run all the way back to the start to leave it. Is that normal?

A glowing light will appear in the last boss room near a chest go and examine it that's the exit
I see. i was running back from the start as I had died shortly before the boss went down. I was almost at the end room.
Can't say that exit mechsnic impresses me, tbh, but at least I know now. Cheers![]()
worst-case scenario: return will take you back to the dungeon entrance instantly.
You can also hit U, bringing up the Duty Finder menu, and click on "abandon duty" which will take you out immediately no matter where you are.
cool. does 'abandon' reset my progress? I was worried that I'd have to do it all again as it was a quest.
Why didn't u type in /return
Because until I read this thread, nowhere in game or out have I seen anything from the game or the players about the existence of /return.
While the /return option may not have been known, there still is the return "spell" that is one of the first things you learn once you start the game. However, the second use of it really isn't explained in full.
So how did you exit the first dungeon since you are referring to the 2nd one lol
