PS4 and catching cheats

So anyone who's playing on PS4 will be aware of the lovely 'share' button which allows you to instantly record video footage of your gaming.
Last night while playing I noticed some odd behaviour - I witnessed 3 characters, all identically geared teleporting in and out of the same spot. Rather than spend 15 minutes filling out a convoluted report in game, I decided to video the activity. Now I need to pass on this footage and I'd like someone official to pipe in here and give a response to this.
With this function, PS4 players have a readily available tool to help combat RMT activity and I'd like to think Square would encourage its use for this purpose.
