GMs can force name changes right?

Is there a way to contact GM in game (for this purpose or otherwise). Even if I were willing to go through the costly process of forcing a name change (via 2 transfers), the 3 day restriction on transferring makes this not appeal...

only way to name change besides the transfer method is if your name was offensive.

Make a character with the same name on another server, and then with your main character change to that server, see if that will make allow you to change the name.

People used to do this back in FFXI too, and back then it was a 90 day restriction between jumps, and people still thought it was worth it......
