[Suggestion] Adding 'used' recepies into a 'Journal'

I would really love to play FFXIV in full screen. However, its rather difficult to do when i want to concentrate on my crafting classes, and i can only 'see' the last 10(?) recipes.

Im not saying i want a full list of recipies, im saying if i make something once, i shouldn't have to check some recipe site.

I mean think about it. We already have a system that containg REQUESTED ITEMS. Theres no reason we cant have another tab that say CRAFTING JOURNAL(or something like that).

Anyway just a suggestion, and sorry if this has been posted before.

I agree that this is much needed. It's impossible to remember all the materials needed especially if you have multiple crafting classes~ and having to switch between the game and an internet browser ruins the overall experience a bit.

I would also add to the Journal any recipes learned during the course of performing local leves or as the award from local leves.

...don't they already have this feature? The only issue is that it only records 8 recipes, and it doesn't record awarded recipes for some reason.

yea exactly. Some recipies are easy. 2x moko, 4x copper ore. But say you want to creat an entire outfit...for profit. Say you had to do 4 crafting leves to get some of the materials you need. Now you have 4 "useless" recipes in your RECENT section. I mean to memorize numerous crafting projects, some of which contain upwards of 5 items, it can get rather frustrating, time consuming, and extremely unfun.

I dont know about you, but i know when i log off for the night and come back, it takes me a little bit to get back into the groove of whatever i am doing.

We all know nothing makes a game more fail than having to take undesired breaks, especially when you are determined to accomplish what you have started in a timely manner. In this game, just like in real life, time is money.

I have faith SE will do something. I just wanted to get it out there, so they can see people do want this sort of system.

Even adding the last 8 recipes for EACH CLASS would help alleviate the issue.

We need a full recipe book of every recipe we gained from leves at the very least.
