Not registering my bought game as bought (PS4)

Yesterday I checked on my FF14 account to go back to playing it after maybe a few weeks off, and when I tried, it showed a message that looked a lot like this

"No valid or active service account is available to play FINALFANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn"

That's just the top part but it follows along the same line. Problem is I didn't just buy the game, I bought the Collectors Edition so this is kinda messing with me. I did also get the PS4 beta so maybe somehow some way the cancellation of the beta messed with the actual purchase (even though the full game was working for a month)?

Any ideas?

Same thing has happened to me, after 1 month of owning the Collectors edition i cant play the game anymore
