A Note to Mention.

Thought this thread might be applicable for this note to mention.

The Cactuar forum thread is fine to post when looking for groups and would see it utilized in such a manner and for recruitment and other opportunities.

Yet i'd like to mention something worth note. If anyone looking at the Cactuar forum list, there are over 20 LFG players with viable experience. If you're without a group take the initiative to start one up with all these wonderful resources.

P.S edit you can utilize this thread for w.e purpose you would like. In addition to looking for groups etc

Start from the scratch a group its the same as a random pug, its far different from join a static and just adapt to the team gameplay, to create from 0 a team gameplay.

Statics are different than random pugs, because you never get the exact same people in random pugs (hence the name random). Statics don't just form out of thin air, and have to start somewhere, so why not find those with the same goals and availability and thus become a static where you build cohesiveness, etc.?

Becouse you need more than goals and availability to create a group from 0, you need compatibility between members, thats why people looks for a already formed static coil. Its not the same find compatibility in all members than 1 member.

irregardless of the parameters to that thought. Statics are formed from scratch/pugs and those whom have a mutual mindset/goals/availability and compatibility. Those who decide to immerse themselves in already stationed group is notable, but to those who have the audacity to form a group "I would call them Leaders." excellent/good/competent groups are not formed over night. But a journey, pruning the vine and working cohesively together to better oneself and ultimately the betterment of the team itself. Groups are not formed out of thin air my noble scholar .
