    Square Enix ID (?) help

    My buddy bought the Digital CE for PS4 and he can't renew his sub, cuz the mog station doesn't recognize the id/pass

    Maybe he's put some info in wrong? Under the login information, it has a link for forgotten id's. It opens up another page where you put in your email address ^^

    well he can log into the square enix website, just not the Mog station. much confusion.
