I think it's around a 6hr cool down until you can start another vote. Nothing would stop you from getting someone else in the party from starting a vote though.

yeah but if it's a premade of 3 people doing stuff like that at least they'd only get 3 runs then be forced to sit around twiddling their thumbs XD
